Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it (unworn, unused).
  • The item must be in its original packaging with tags still attached.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how to return your item. Items sent back without first contacting us for a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items (special orders, monogrammed items)
  • Personal care products (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item and, once the return is approved, purchasing the desired item separately. This ensures the quickest way to get the item you want.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing any justification. As with other returns, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it (unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging), and you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
